goooooood morning...day 409...happy friday to all of you....took yesterday off an just rested up...stayed inside most of the day and slept part of the day...and again last night..guess i needed it...but im up today an ready to hit it again...tried to eat only when i was hungry, but when im in the house like that all day...well lets just say the fridge needs an unpickable lock...lol...its just to easy to go to the kitchen when your bored an pick up the first thing in sight...didnt really mess up ..just felt like i was eating more then i needed to thru out the day...thats why i perfer to be outside ...less temptations in the kitchen...i was thinkin about my weight yesterday...i never was a big eater, but after i got outta school, i just wasnt as active...and thats something that you have to be, you have to stay active to burn off what you take in...something that i am relearning all over again....today is weigh in day, but not sure if ther will be a loss to record from the scales..after all i had one last week, so not expecting to show any more for a week or 2...will probly show up in the inches instead...but thats ok...means them 42s will be gettin closer to buttoning...i can get em zipped close to the button...just cant button them yet...i have noticed since i started doing a higher restistance on the elliptical, when i get on the bike, its easier to do a workout on it...and seems like my morning walk is going faster, so probly need to add on to that as well...just hate to till it gets alittle cooler in the mornings...even at 5am...its been in the 70s an humid already...guess i need to start carryin a bottle of water with me...but never really think about it till i get home an need a drink...guess freezin one at nite would be the way to go...and it should last most of the way around on my walk that way....well need to get up an moving...be time for my morning walk in a few...hope everyone is doing great ...catch you all later..

addon...just got bck from my walk...thought id try somethin new today...usually this is when i have my protein shake, right before my gym workout...well today i added my yogurt to my protein shake, just to see if it would help with more energy...gonna burn it off anyways...lol...well gonna let it all settle alittle and the to the gym for next workout...temp is already edging up today...suppose to be like 96 today...and humid again...catch you all later...

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

Carrying water is always such a good idea. It's really nothing in the scheme of things. There was a time when I wouldn't carry a bottle of water in my sack because I didn't want to have to heave around the weight of it. Then once I lost a couple of pounds I was thinking that I might try and day carrying the weight I lost... Now if I tried that I wouldn't get anywhere!

seems like sence i have started using the elliptical on a hill program an at the highest resistance i use a octane elliptical at the gym...its resistance is 20...that i have been burning more calories an the scales have been showin the difference as well....
