Anyone else dreading weighing in tomorrow morning? i am. I totally fell off the "healthy" wagon this week - like majorly back into bad habits - sugar sugar sugar - and it was THIS morning a light bulb went off and OH CRAP i have to weigh in tomorrow. SO I did 'good' all day. Even worked out again - ran 4 miles on the trail - which I hadn't worked out since Friday because I was sick all weekend. Anywhoo I'm sure 1 day isn't going to repair a week of damage. It will suck after two consecutive weeks of losing to step back on the scale tomorrow to put it back on.

Why can't I just remember during my weakness: "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS BEING INSHAPE/SKINNY/HEALTHY FEELS"

...all for now - I'll be running a marathon as I sleep tonight... ;)
