So, Ryan sprained his back. His Doctor gave him so Soma and some Vicodin...and told him to walk 3-5 miles per day MINIMUM! So, looks like I have a workout buddy now! We went for our first walk yesterday, but only made it to two miles before he couldn't go any farther. We will try again tonight after our religious meeting, and see how it goes.

Yes, walking is key for them backs. Hope he is healing well and gets comfortable walking more, soon!

I'm glad he can walk with you. I'm sorry to hear about your gain. Remember how muscle weighs more- it may go up for little bit. If you are doing the right things, it will go down soon!! Keep at it!
