My fiance brings home MC Donald breakfast sandwiches. I couldn't say
no. I ate one for breakfast and one for lunch. I feel
Even more fattening

It's ok to have days where you eat "bad food". And it's good that you're tracking it still! Don't be discouraged, just try and make up for those sandwiches in the rest of your meals, by eating maybe some vegetables, and a small dinner?

Managed to do some exercises ..legs burning from yoga! But I like yoga. Its not so hard on my body but I also need to add cardio and weights but baby steps

A good way to start a light cardio is to walk.
