Slipped a bit this past week as we ate out a lot more than usual due to appointments and time constraints. Although I generally ate healthy, portion sizes from restaurants generally run from 1000 to 1200 calories per meal compared to the 500 calories per meal I would normally have cooking my own meals. Polishing off the left over Halloween candy probably didn't help either, but at least there wasn't that much left over.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
