day 130..68 outside..really nice..enjoyed my morning walk

breakfast:
1/2 cup cereal, 8oz water
2.5 mile walk
8oz water
4 mile ellliptical
2 slices of turkey lunch meat
8oz water
lunch:
1 serving of chicken fettuccini, tuna, 8oz water
1/2 cup fruit salad
supper:
1/4cup mushroom gravy, 1/3cup brown rice, 4oz chicken without skin, 8 oz water, 1 ounce pringles chips


-----------------------932 calories eaten

i add on as i go thru the day..still have lunch and supper to add..thanks for lookin...lol
