Here is to the weekend!!! I am excited it's Friday. I am down a pound...thank Goodness! But I am going to have to tackle this weekend. Weekends are bad for me food wise. Seems like I end up eating everything that everyone else does. But I am going to be strong. Thanks to all for words of encouragement!!!

Thanks! I am praying that I will. I have been walking up four flights of stair at work.(yesterday and today) I didn't even want to today, but I made myself and I feel better already. it's amazing what a little exercise can do for you. lol!!!
