so started at the start of the week at 102 kgs and now have weighed in this morning at 100 kg which included 3 solid days of 1200 calories and fasting around 16 hours every day this week.

My first goal is to get under 100 kgs - and the next goal is to get to 95 kgs. I hope to do this by Christmas.

I hope I can keep the momentum going as I need to lose about 30 kgs - I would love to weigh under 70, but if I did get to 70 kgs I wouldn't be complaining. Everything is hurting - my knees and ankles and hips too so I hope that a fair amount of weight loss will assist with my aches and pains!
