day 129...no exercise today..gonna take the day off...

breakfasst:
3/4cup cereal, banana, 8oz water
4oz protein shake
8oz water
10:00
snack :2 slices of turkey lunch meat, 8oz water
lunch:
1cup of brown rice, 1/2cup of veggies, 2tablespoods of gravy mix, tuna, 8oz water, 1/2 cup of pecan low fat yogart.
supper:
2 slices of wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat, 10 pringle sour cream potatoe chips, 8oz water

That's still not very many calories !!! I think if you were 350 and lets pretend you're 5'11" you could eat up to 2723 calories per day - and that is with mild activity. !

why eat all them calories, just to take em back off again...im 6'..and until i came here i didnt eat that much, just didnt exercise any to work it off...was eating whatver i wanted, but not working it off...
