I'm in a better mood today. I got on the scale and it said 173 still. I've been living off of salads this week. I've also had ice cream (low carb) every night, but it is probably the only way I don't REALLY cheat and gain. I just want to get down to 169 by October 25th. That would make me soooo happy and it is ONLY 4 pounds away! If I can just NOT cheat I'll do it with no problem. THe good thing is I've been working so much that I dont have time for food! Anyway, hope everyone has a good day.

sounds like your doing good overall .... keeping busy does help not to eat and until next month when i start my classes, i'll be home way too much, i have things to do but just being here is wayyyy to convientant (sp?) for me!!! I think you can do it girl!

I've pledged 30 cheat-free days for October, you should too :) Then we can both be skinnier by October 25th! (Well, the 31st for me.) It's easier when you actually say "I will not cheat" because then you're breaking a promise to yourself if you do cheat. Anyways, have a good day and keep up the good work!

173! You are doing so great! What is BMI and why do I need to know it? I hope I don't sound stupid but I have heard of it but not really ever did any research on it. Are you shopping in Juniors or Misses. I can't understand why you can't wear a size 12. I shop in the Misses. In the Juniors I think I am a size 13 or 15 I can't really remember. You weigh a lot less....I don't understand why a 12 is a problem for you.
