gooooooooood monday morning...just back from my morning bike ride...so nice out this time of morning before the sun gets up in the sky an the humidity returns...another hot humid day today...seen alot of people out gettin their morning exercise this morning...more then usual...been fighting off sinuses last couple of days...just felt puny but knew i wasnt sick...was still eating to good...lol...todays plan is to get what ever errands over with before noon an then stay in as much as possible...stay in an stay cool...well..need to get up an movin to wipe the sweat...lol...have a greattttttttt day everyone...
