I started running again this week... I haven't ran since November of last year. At that time I was up to 6 miles and felt pretty good. This week was like starting ALL over... 2 miles on Wednesday, 3 miles on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (today). Very sluggish but better than sitting on the couch eating my daughters girl scout cookies!

So I started a running challenge - please join / support me. It starts tomorrow. I want to run 50 miles before Easter. We can do this - a little bit every day.

Argh, I SO miss running. Used to do at least 5 miles a day...then got injured on the job, retired, gained weight, etc, etc. Don't know if I'll be able to actually run again with my heart damage...but I hold out for the hope of it anyway. Keep it up one day at a time...you can do this!
