Seems to be more difficult to lose weight the older I get.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same here...my metabolism slowed down to sloth level 😂 only remedy for me is cutting the carbs 🤷‍♀️

metabolism does slow down a little bit, but just stay active and reduce sugar. You will get there!

Flipping annoying isn't? Starting to convince myself baby belly will never go (youngest is 8yrs - lol). We WILL get there!
