Finally back to 160...which is no good, this was my original starting weight... :(



761 that's the # of calories i gotta burn each day to reach my goal of losing 5 lbs in 23 days...the trick is tracking how many calories i eat...!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
