day 391...GOOOOOOD MORNING!!!!...alarm clock had to wake me up this morning...didnt want to get up...just wanted to roll over an go bck to sleep for a few hours more...got my 8 last night...but just doesnt seem like it was enough....63 outside this morning..i think thats why i just wanted to roll over an get a few more hours of sleep...but needed to get up an movin...todays gonna be another busy day....gettin ready for that morning walk again an then headed to the gym for the next workout...today is weigh in day...not sure if i will have a loss or not...but hopin to have one..then if grass is dry, be mowin grass today...it rained late last night, so dont kno how wet the grass is right now, but will find out once i head out the door...hoping everyone has a great day....catch you all later!!!
addon:... 45min morning walk 30min bike 60 min treadmill not sure about the grass yet...might be early afternoon before it drys out enough to cut it...
