Ok so yet another week gone and another 2.2 pounds down. Not awesome but definitely better than I had anticipated. Only 4 more pounds to go until I reach my first 10% goal. Yay! Hopefully I'll get it this next week. Let me tell you, I'm having it rough the last few days. I've alternately been craving "bad" foods and then not feeling like eating at all. I would kill for some chinese right about now. I was craving hamburgers but my husband and I made some lean patty melts and it didn't quite hit the spot. I'm about to be at that point where nothing is sounding good to me now. Hmmm, that's always dangerous because I start snacking around trying to find what it is I have a taste for. Oh well, maybe I'll order some chinese soup. I don't think it's so bad on points. Have a good week, ya'll.

Wow 2.2 pounds is wonderful. You are doing really well. You are right on target (it's healthiest to lose in the .5-2 pound range). Weight watchers has a book called "Take Out Tonight." They have some really good "take out" recipes such as kung pao chicken, and hot and sour soup. It also has italian recipes and others. It's really good! Keep up the great work!

Good for you. That is 2.2 pounds that you do not have on you anymore! When dieting, if you can satisfy your cravings with something legal, then that accomplishes two things, you have not cheated and you have found a new substitute. I will have to check out the recipe book that Suzi161 suggests, too. Keep up the good work. You can do it!

Thanks for the encouragement,guys, I was actually pretty happy with the weigh in. I will definitely look into the hot and sour soup, it's my reason for loving chinese. :)
