I had my body fat measured today by the Bod Pod, which is as accurate as underwater measuring and it came up as 35%! Way higher than my scale's 27% -- but they do say that those scales have an accuracy rate of +/-8% -- it was exactly 8% off -- completely useless to rely upon those scales.
