It is bright and sunny outside, but I am so low. I think I just need a nap. I am reading a good book from 1999: Take Time for Your Life by Cheryl Richardson. She is a very famous Life Coach. She was voted one of the top ten life coaches in America. She says that self care if very important. "Put yourself at the top of the list and everyone else will benefit!" I am so full of chocolate chips cookies right now I am sick. I will do better for the rest of the day...I am an optimist at heart. Thank you everybody for just being there.
