Good morning. Just posting my meals for today:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 orange
2nd meal: 1 cup of fruit and lots of water
3rd meal: 1 small salad and 3 tbsp. low fat ranch dressing
4th meal: 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 serving of veggies

Exercise: 2 hours at boxing gym

Things are going well Shannon. I've been incorporating 2 workouts a day. I'm doing this really great cardio workout on the treadmill...it kicks my butt.
