GOOOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING!!!!!....day 383...and im ready to rock an walk the pavement this morning...figured i would be sore and all this morning from my work out yesterday of shoveling an pushin the wheel barrow ...but not a bit sore...and could do it again today if i had to...so gettin my breakfast in, then headed for my walk, a gym workout, and then probly gonna cut grass this afternoon...was gonna do it yesterday afternoon, but i made the mistake of sittin down...an that chair zapppped all my energy outta my body...so since im feelin great today...gonna get it done today..less rain is headed this direction...havent seen the weather forecast today so not sure yet on the yard..it just amazes me how much more fit i am this year to be able to do the things i do and not be hurtin in the back, or so stiff an sore....like nite an day difference...and im just so much happier i can do it to...cant wait till i get the next hundred pounds off to see what im doing then...lol...well need to get rest of breakfast digested...so i can get ready for my walk...hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!! catch you all later....
addon:...just got my walk in...decided not to go to the gym...to give my body some time off to recoup...so that when i start again monday il be fully rested an ready to rock monday again...chances of rain today...but mabye i can get the grass cut...kinda have to wait an see when it gets closer to time to cut it...keep that body burning off the calories...have a great day!!!!!

WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!! 6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!! 7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!! 8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!! 9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!! 10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 11. VISUALIZE YOURSLF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
