I gained some weight after stopping to record my intake.
I also haven't been exercising lately as much as I should and am going to try to get back to regular exercise...starting today.
Main reason for weight gain: not paying attention to RDI, not exercising & low activity while on vacation.
Conclusions: even though I AM eating healthy now. I should still watch my RDI and exercise regularly as even healthy foods cause weight gain.
I am happy I found a balanced way to eat using this site, I just need not to eat as much of it though. I am eating vegetables and fruit regularly and threw out all 'bad foods' like white bread [I guess wheat is just as addictive when you get used to it :)]
