This morning saw the scales down a bit from yesterday but still up from my Friday weigh in - trying to ignore it! lol

My friend has had to cancel lunch as her daughter is unwell so it'll be another trip to the cereal cupboard for me! hehehehe I'm still wondering whether or not to do my DVD today or give my body a day off.....I'll let you know what I decide!

Not much else to report though really. My stomach espeially is feeling a WHOLE lot more slender!! And it feels GOOD!!! YAY!!!!

The fact that your tummy is feeling more slender is a VERY good sign. The scales lie (as we all know!) but the tape measure never does. Have you been keeping tabs on your measurements since you started? If not, it's never too late to start. I find it particularly motivating when I can hold the tape measure up at my original measurments and see how much room I have inside! Visualising is so much more powerful than just tracking numbers. I'm glad your cereal diet is going well for you. I've learned that missing a day or two of exercise is not a bad thing as long as you get back into it and don't let a few days become a week or a month! I'm looking forward to your Friday weigh in. I'm betting on a nice loss :)

You ignore those ups and just keep that focus on those DOWN's... as those little downs are much more motivational than thinking... but I'm still up from the last weigh-in!! ;o) As Evelyn said though scales are only one measure of progress... I know I've found inch loss so much more exciting than any figure that the scales throw out. Toned muscle takes up less space than fat... so you just keep up that exercise. Feeling the difference is definitely a very positive sign! :o)
