GOOOOOOD MORNING!!!!!!....day 377...and im ready to rock an walk this morning...took 2 days off from exercising an walking...and i can see how easy it would be to get in that habit...but over the last year, its become a habit of gettin fitter an healthier and i really miss walking the days i take them off...the days just dont seem the same when i take them off...seems like a longer day when i dont exercise...but i also know my body needs the time off to heal from what i throw at it thru the week...well the start of a new week, and the grass is lookin like it needs to be cut again...my tomatoe plant is about 4 foot tall already and blossomin already...been lookin for little mators on it...but not seen any yet...the other 2 are growing as well...but not like the first one did...it shot up like a weed...lol..didnt use my pedometer over the weekend...it felt neglected...i usually wear it 7 days a week, even the days i dont work out as its got a clock built in it as well...but yesterday didnt even put it on...till i got ready to go out an enjoy the sun....but this morning already have it strapped on an in about an hour ...if its not rainin...im plannin on gettin my walk in...and then a gym workout...get my week started off right....today is weigh in day as well...well any day is weigh in day...but its been a week since i recorded any...i have noticed that the weight is gettin slower about coming off, compared to how it was several months ago...almost wish i had not used the weights when i did, thinkin i might of lost more before building muscle but to late to think about that now...ive been doing leg curls after my gym workouts, just to build my legs up that much more..and to kinda get a small workout in and to kill some time when im just to tired to do the rest of my cardio....well...guess i need to get moving...gettin close to 5am...an still have a few things to do before i head out the door...have a great day...

addon:....been 7 days since i recorded a loss...and so....lol...yes i had to weigh when i got to the gym after my walk...i always weigh when i go to the gym first thing...take off my shoes...less weight...an get on the scales....well i was shocked i was down another pound...304...even got off the scales an weighed again just to make sure...still got same reading...so went up front ...signed in...an did 2x25 min hi intensity workouts one on the bike, the other on the treadmill...went bck an weighed in one more time...lol...yeap its official...lost another pound along my journey....sometimes i feel like that little engine but instead of i think i can...its i kno i can i kno i can i kno i can!!!!!!!

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
2. I AM FIRST !!!!!
3. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
4. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
5. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

Couldn't agree more with ya Mike about missing the walks when ya don't get them in, but how right you are to pace yourself. Can tell you as well that in our house recently we have found that weight gain in muscle + exercise has meant inch loss around the waist etc... so keep it up... as always...your journal is a real piece of inspiration.
