goooooooood morning everyone...got all my stuff done yesterday morning before the humidity made it to hot...needless to say i wasnt worth nothing yesterday afternoon...was just to wore out to do much of anything...this morning when it was time to get up for a morning bike ride around town, i was just to tired to get up...so let my body have the rest it needed...now that ive ate, im gettin ready to head out an get a 40 min exercise bike ride over with...another hot humid day again today is expected...have a greattttttt one...

thanks glenn..your just gonna have to take it slow to build yourslf back up...to hot an humid today to do workouts here...a day off to revitalize and be ready for the next day...
