day 376...goooooood morning everyone!!!!...2nd day off from exercise again today...feels great to have another day off...was thinkin about an email yesterday i received from a fs buddy this morning before i logged on...and i was thinkin how meditating, or using self hypnosis is a great way to relieve the stress...alot of people dont realize but self hypnosis is a part of your every day life...commercials, day dreaming, driving down the road and not remembering seeing differnt things along the way, are all forms of self hypnosis...and the smarter you are, the easier it is for it to work ....but only if you want to allow it to happen....when i first started using self hypnosis on myself, it was bck when i first started wanting to get the weight off...thats why im so committed to exercising now...one of the mp3s that i made for myself and then listened to...is for exercising...and the other is for eating habits...but bck to the first one...and being committed to gettin the weight off thru exercise...when i first started...i listened to it like for 2 weeks before i even started going to a gym...i had to motivate myself before i even wanted to try....i knew i had a challange...ahead of me...so i knew anything i could use to help would help me ...we all have to find what works best for us to get the weight off...for me i needed to rewire my way of thinking about food an about exercise...i now only listen to that mp3 when i get outta the habit of exercising...which isnt very often anymore cause its gotten to be such an enjoyable habit that i see results from...i usually use it when i feel like i need to refocus alittle harder on my workouts...or just to relax and enjoy a 15 minute relaxation nap...i feel so refreshed when i wake up....and im so ready to get bck into my routine...is it for everyone ...probly not...but for someone thats having trouble focusing on ther goal, or ther eating habits...then yes i would suggest it...as another tool to help them focus better...hope everyone has a great sunday ......

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
2. I AM FIRST !!!!!
3. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
4. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
5. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
