day 370...GOOOOOD MONDAY MORNINGGG!!!!!!!....wakin up all refreshed this morning an ready to make some tracks...77 outside this morning an heat index is 80 at 348 am...so another warm day again today...chance of rain again today...geeez...i think we are in a chance of rain pattern this year...nice to be gettin rain...but...enough already...put a bottle of water in the freezer..so that when i go walkin, mabye it will stay colder longer this morning...feeling great today, and gonna do my hour walk...somewhere between 3.5-4 miles....then headed to the gym an get my workout in there...another busy day...they all seem busy anymore...but since im in better shape, then im sure thats why they seem busier...since i took care of the yard yesterday, gonna get on the ladder today an check the drains...i could see one of them had several leaves in it yesterday...so need to clean them out...and being somewhat lighter this year, climbin the ladder will be easier...and i wont feel so insecure when im on it...well...times waistin...lol...and i need to get breakfast in me so i can head out the door in an hour...get my walk mostly over before the sun gets very high in the sky....
have a great monday and keep on track best you can....more later....addon...got my hour walk in...even though my water bottle was thawed out half way thru my walk..guess im gonna have to freeze it longer then 2 hours...lol...then came home set in front of fan to cool off, and headed to gym for another workout...the hi intensity mp3s i downloaded an am using is working great, im sweating more an gettin the kind of workouts i use to get when i first started working out...and when i was on the scales again today, it was showing a loss again...just finished another 4oz of protein shake...need that instant protein after my workout....now out the door an up the ladder to check out the gutters...catch you all later...
