sleep deprived!!

man have you ever been sleep deprived i am i slept good for a couple hours then i kept sleeping on and off i hate it any way i just lay there at night and some times just litterly stare at the ceiling but i do not and will not binge at any more and thats so awsome for me if i get hungry i will get up and get a glass of ice water i mean how great is that any way have an awsome day love to all shelly.

Shelly you are going to have to try to get some sleep. Try spending all day moving doing stuff like cleaning the house walking the dog if you have one or just exercising. Just before you go to bed exercise until you get sleepy or better yet, you and your hubby can play until you both fall asleep. The key is to make yourself very, very tired as the day go on and save sleeping for when you go to bed at night. Hope this works.

Mandie is right, you do need some sleep ... I hope you find something that works. Losing sleep can interfere with weight loss too ... I read about that. Sounds like you are doing good otherwise though, I'm proud of ya girl!

hi! have u tried a glass of warm milk with some honey in it? this does help relax u so that should help u sleep. try taking some sleeping tabs even if u take them once a week - at least u will get a good nights sleep - take them about an hour b4 u go to bed by then u should be sleepy. hope u get some sleep:)
