day 360...GOOOOD FRIDAY MORNING AGAIN FS !!!!...another week has came an went..wow...where do they go..the start to another month is almost here...looks like my may mini goal isnt gonna make it, but thats to be expected when you are workin off the weight...i would rather it came off slow and steady, then fast, and then later it all come bck ...today or tomow is weigh in day, which ever i choose to do it on..depends on if i decide to take tomow off or not..not really sure right now...im wakin up this morning to 59 outside..high today is 85...so nice...but storms will probly be part of the rain this afternoon...another busy day...is planned as usual...the 2 tomatoe plants i transplanted..arent lookin the greatest..might pull them and replant 2 new plants ...the one i planted the way its suppose to be planted is grownin like a weed..had to tie it up couple days ago..its already like 2-3 foot tall...and gettin bigger every day..hope everyone else has a great friday and a great weigh in today..catch you all later...

addon...went for my morning walk..have shaved 2 minutes off my morning walk got it down to 58 min from 60-61 min...went to gym but wasnt in the mood to do a workout..still tired from yesterday an doin the yard..only worked out half hour at the gym...not sure whats planned for today yet..might go to the shop an take a nap in the office chair..lol...sounds like a good idea at the moment...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
2. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. I AM ONLY CHEATING MYSLF, WHEN I GIVE IN TO THE WRONG FOODS!!!!
5. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
6. I AM WALKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!!
7. I'M DOING GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS OFF, NOW I AM REFOCUSING TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!!
8. I WORK THE UPPER PART OF MY BODY, THE DAYS IM NOT WALKING!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
