day 111...67 outside, just right for a morning walk..lol..i cut my walk back to 2.5 miles thinkin mabye i added to much on yestrday and thats why i was so wore out...gonna walk the 2.5 for a few days and then add a block on at a time to get back up to the 3 miles...not as tired today like yesterday either..but took me almost an hour to do my walk today..just took it slower, didnt push..just got it in...put my hour in on eleptical ...didnt push it on ther either..lowered the resistance down to 10 instead of 12...just a regular workout...lol...calories intake 1060, calories burned 1345

I think consistency is the main thing -- working out every day. Somedays you may not work out as hard as others. But just don't ever quit. That's what I keep telling myself. It's taking me longer than I wanted, but I will get there.
