I have discovered something very delicious and healthy to eat - which is very filling too.
Its my own concoction - a simple meal. Here's what you need to do.
Soften two tablespoons butter and mix 1 tablespoon cream cheese with it. Combine 150 g of Greek Yoghurt with this mixture, a little bit at at time - unless you get a creamy consistency. Enjoy and Voila!

TOTAL: Cal 400 | Fat 14.06 | Carb 10.61 | Protein 6.73
