goooooood morning everyone...one hot humid day yesterday..95 with a heat index of 115...got a storm this morning about 3am...so needless to say i rolled over an went back to sleep...suppose to be another hot humid day again today...only was able to do one stationary bike ride yesterday just to hot an humid to even want to go outside anymore then i had to...so steps are suffering...but i did drink lots of water yesterday an weight is showin on the scales..well...according to weather man we are gonna get another storm this morning...we could use the rain..with all the hot weather we been havin...mators are turning and new blooms are starting to show on plants as well...well guess i will eat breakfast an then venture out to see how hot it is already..have a great one...keep that water going in...
