It has almost been 80 days since I weighed in and I know I have gained at least 10lbs. I should have done better. I am utterly disappointed in myself. I worked so hard to lose that weight and it took no time to put it back on.

Tomorrow morning I am going to step on the scale and so how much damage I have done and then make a plan to get back on track in ALL aspects of my life.
