day 110...63 outside today..added half mile to my walk im up to 3 miles...but was wore out when i got home...set down and ate, but was still tired when i went to gym..needless to say i didnt workout at gym...but did talk to a friend at gym and he suggested that i start eating tuna or something with protein in it and that might keep me from being so tired after my walk and or workout..so im gonna start eating tuna between my walk and my workout to see how that works out for me... calorie intake 927...calorie burned 696....

You might want to try something for energy. The time between your workouts is a great time to take in some of those "bad" carbs. Protein is good to maintain muscle, but without some carbs to help the insulin uptake, it won't get to your muscles. Any good carbs will take too long to absorb to do you any good. Try a whey protein shake (easily absorbed) or a 1/2 a whey protein energy bar. Good luck!

I have read that if you do cardio after weight training it actually burns more calories. Plus you have the energy to really put in the effort for the weight training. I have started doing that. I do just half a mile before the gym then the rest after.
