I just got back from visiting my mother on her birthday. Actually I did rather well going out to eat at restaurants and etc. But, when I got back home....I pigged out! Anyway, today is a new day, a new beginning. I'm going to put my stubbornness to good use this time. I'm going to be stubborn in not overeating!
