Been off track, but I am getting back on....again! Doing a "Couch to 5k" routine for 9 weeks and then actually running a 5k in September.
Uhm...we'll see!!! I'm excited about it!

LOVE the C25K program! I am on week 3 day 2 (tomorrow)... believe it or not it's HARD to run the 60 seconds in the beginning if you're not used to it, but IT DOES get easier!!!! I swear =) GOOD LUCK!!

coming from a super non runner.. the c25k is the greatest program ever.. i'm up to 2 miles (just finished week 6)... its awesome..
