YEsterday I strayed a bit from the workout - COre Strengthening - as that is one of the weakest areas of my body - abs. 20 minutes and it hurts today. My plan today is to go to CURVES for my 30 min workout, but I already did 15 minutes of Body Revival and will finish it later today. Eating is under control for the most part. I am journaling and keeping a food chart. Looking forward to Saturday and my official weigh in at TOPS.
