I have had a very bad eating day today. there's no support

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2019:

Yes off course lol, today was much better. I need more fatty snack options. Been peckish a lot

Its the cold weather! I have also been quite peckish of late and I have added a lot more double cream yoghurt, avos, and creamy soups to my meals. Fat really does help stave off the cravings. (Glad you had a better day too. To many more!)
