Getting stronger mentally. Rather enjoying my healthy eating schedule, knowing that I'm tricking my body into thinking it's full by eating every 3 hours. Don't really even need the snacks too often. I get moments of wanting to relapse & cheat by eating something bad, but just remind myself what's important. I'm sick of being the girl who always diets and wants to be skinnier. I am dedicated to following this diet until I get to my goal of 118. My goal is the lowest weight for my height bracket, but I mentally feel better at that weight. I'm finnally feeling as if I'm loosing weight the correct way, and learning better ways to eat in the process. I think this has been the easiest diet for me to follow, & enjoy. Yay for Extreme Fat Smash ;)
