day 345..day 11..GOOOOOOD THURSDAY MORNING ALL!!!!!...havin trouble wakin up today..alittle cooler outside this morning..54..just means another layer i usually dont wear..id rather be to warm an sweat, then be to cold and be like that all thru the walk..figured i would wake up today all stiff an sore, from all my steps yesterday, but not a bit sore..so gonna try an hit the 20,000 today..now that i know what it takes to hit it..came close yesterday, within 1000 steps..not sure what im gonna do today to keep up an moving..weather man is sayin chance of more rain, like we need it..what we need is lots of sunshine to dry it all up for a week or 2..grass is grownin like crazy..and my tomatoe plants are gettin all kinds of rain from hangin up side down..but they are lookin good..well need to get up an get breakfast in me..its gettin closer to time for my morning walk..so ...hope everyone has a great day..catch you all later...

addon...848am..got 14804 steps in right now..just gettin home from my morning walk/gym workout...yeap rain is gettin closer..lest it feels like it..it feels cooler now then it did when i went walkin this moring..not sure what im gonna find to do today to keep me busy, still workin on a project in the shop..once i get it done, il post a pic in here..i had a cheat day yesterday after i weighed in..hate when that happens..was like i couldnt find the right thing to eat..but even though i messed up, the scales didnt show any messup..so im bck at it again..thinkin only about showing a loss again this saturday..gonna go for another hour walk again today after i eat lunch..keep tryin to add more on to burn off any extra calories i can..i kno that adding the extra on is what its gonna take to get me to my mini goal..an im tired of seein it so close and yet so far away..so thats why i have increased my exercise routine..and why im spendin less time in front of the computer an tv...lol..have a great one...

Me too! Though that's every morning, even if I've had 8 or 9 hours of sleep. It's disgusting! Great job on your steps yesterday and good luck on reaching your goal. I'm sure you can do it.

lol..its rainin here again..and has been for last 3 hours..but its still been a nice day..since i couldnt go walkin like i usually do..went to the place where i first started my walks, bck where when i did a 5 min walk i thought how am i gonna every do more..well today is my first day of havin 20,000 steps in...ita a fantastic day...
