Sibby's Journal, 12 May 2008

Hey there! Well, I've come to the fact that I am NOT going to get over this 136lb. mark without some serious alterations in my diet/exercise. SO, I'm GOING TO kick it into some serious gear and lose AT LEAST one flipping pound by next Monday. I'm going to cut carbs...never snack...no added fat...boost my exercise by at least 30 mins (if possible) per day...darn near drown myself in water...for ONE WEEk and see wud'up....I tell ya, if my family isn't going to be tired of me being SO GOOD I don't know who will...HAHA!!
Ok...Moving on! :o)
I had a GREAT Mother's day thanks to my Fam! They are great! We all headed to my parents for a cook-out...mind you it was only 50 degrees and a bit chilly, but it was sunny!! SO that was nice! My hubby grilled for all AND did the dishes!! (me in shock and aww) HAHA...
Over all it was a perfect day!
Today I'm off and running with kids stuff and some local hospital volunteering...Sounds like a making of a GREAT day!
Hugs to ya'll and keep on keepin' on! Smiles!!

(edit here)...Ok, so I didn't do so well ALREADY on the carb cutting already today...YIKES! Promise, cross my heart stick a needle in my eye that I'll do better!! PINKY SWEAR!!

We won't tire of you being so good... so just keep hanging in there and I'm sure that little measly pound will budge for you in the end. Give the scales a kick, as that might help too! lol ;o)
