This weekend I indulged more than usual. But, tomorrow after Mother's Day, I'm getting serious again! I ate healthy at the restaurant: salmon, broccoli, and a small helping of pasta. The past two days I haven't exercised....I'm finding out that I really, really need to exercise to feel normal!

Me too!! right after Mother's day! Honestly I'm trying my best and keeping track but with company coming and eating out a lot, its not easy is it! At least you made some healthy choices with the salmon and broccoli. Also with company, no exercise, you are right, we really need that in our lives. I have noticed since I started exercising that I feel better and can do more without getting tired. You chart is heading downward and looking good, so whatever your doing seems to be working for you! Good job and happy mothers day
