I'm not only off-track...I've completely derailed, flipped over multiple times and burst into flames. I feel like there's no hope and that my goal is miles and miles and years and years away...

just rememeber whatever you do today you will see the results in 3 days. give yourself a grace period. This is a life changing process, it takes time to unlearn bad habits. dont worry, you can do this, just keep motivated and stay strong.

Thank you for the encouragement! My husband and I are getting gym memberships. I guess having the elliptical in my basement isn't good enough!! Maybe exercising together will give us better results! I need to get off my butt!!
