day 339..day 5..SEEMS LIKE THE WEEKS FLY BY!!!!..friday again already..the weeks just fly by anymore..wakin up to a cooler morning to start off with..52 outside this morning..had all kinds of rain yesterday and again last night..weather man says get use to it..more coming today, tomow, and sunday...the grass will be greener now for sure..lol..i want to thank sara and badandee for lookin in my food journal and suggesting ways of cuttin carbs and sugars for me..otherwise what i thought was good choices, wouldnt have been...this is all new to me..and like most newbies, at atkins, i need to learn, and be taught, so i can get what i want out of this change in eating habits..today is weigh in day..not really sure if my body has lost any pounds, i do kno ive lost inches this week again, but its inches i had already lost..had my 44s on again last night and had them buttoned..4-5 days ago i couldnt get them buttoned..so did good again this week..need to get up and go make breakfast..and then start gettin ready for my walk..hopefully the rain is over for a few hours..so i can get my walk in..then up to the gym for my hour workout..then...not sure..if its not rainin..need to rake some leaves aaround the holly trees..something i should of done the other day before cuttin the grass, but again one of them days i was tryin to beat the rain...well ...more to come later...keep the mind thinkin..keep the body moving...have a greatttt friday!!!!!!

addon: got my walkin between the rain today..was mistin but thats not enough to stop me ..lol..then went to the gym did another hour on the treadmill hill program..resistance 15..hill program..ahhhhhhh...another workout over with...lol..gettin ready to rake them leaves up..o yeah i did weigh in today..but gonna go out and do the leaves and then il come bck in and post my loss for the week...lol...

1. LESS CARBS, MORE FAT AND PROTEIN !!!!!
2. PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY !!!
5. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!!
6. 66 POUNDS GONE, AND 66 MORE TO LOOSE ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!
7. IF YOU GET HUNGRY EAT PROTEIN, NOT CARBS!!!
8. STICK TO THE EATING ROUTINE...NO EXTRA CARBS!!!!
9. I CAN DO THIS !!!!!!!

yeah im tryin to work on it..a tweak here an a tweak ther...o yeah i did weigh in today..but gonna go out and do the leaves and then il come bck in and post my loss for the week...lol...
