Had a good week, walk a lot and eat healthily. However, every month during the period I get loads of water retention, feel swollen and also get 1 to 2kg up... so despite I had a good week, my weight is up instead of down and I hope and think it is because of my period. I wish was just flushing things away, not keeping water up! But mother nature is wiser than our vanity...
233.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
