GOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING FS..DAY 338..DAY 4!!!!!...rained all day yesterday and part of last night.. not sure if its still rainin or not..im ready for the rain to move on and the sun to come bck out..seems like the days fly by anymore..another week is almost gone..ive gotten so much done this year, compared to years in the past..amazing how much better i feel and how much more i enjoy doing the things outside that i wasnt able to do in the past..just came bck from the kitchen to get my morning protein mix and 4 oz of skim milk and looked out its still rainin..so no walk outside today..so gonna do my hour on elliptical, then find a place to get my walk inside..wont be the same, but lest il get my hour of moving in..i workd on a milk jug yesterday cuttin the bottom out of it..going to try an grow tomatoes that grow down this year, like you see in the ads on tv..cept im going to use milk jugs for my planters..not as nice looking, but cheaper and will do the same job..after i put the plant inside the jug, and get the stalk thru the mouth opening, then add dirt and compost, and then wire the bottom bck on..gonna drill a few holes in the bottom piece so that when it hangs, rain can land in that part and it will water its self hopefully..or thats the plan..lol..was gonna use a liter bottle, but didnt think that would be big enough, so gonna use a gallon milk jug instead..mixed the dirt and ocmpost in a seperate bucket yesterday..gettin all set up...well hope you all have a great day..keep that mind thinkin and that body moving...
addon: wasnt really in the mood to workout today, but went to gym and workd out for 1 1/2 hours..guess everyoen that usually comes up when im ther..guess they called today off cause it was rainin..lol..i was only one ther..kinda boring with no one to yack at...lol
