day 103 another wonderful day, another walk in, temp out was 64, but with the wind outta the north, felt like somewher in the 50s. glad i had a hood on jacket. almost feels like winter is gettin closer on days like this...yuck...wish i had started sooner on my weight loss...lol..now to get cooled off..and get ready for another workout. gets old every day in and every day out..to walk and exercise, but my determination to drop this weight is like a driving force inside me, an addiction if you like...to shed this weight...could only do 45 on eleptical today...guess ther will be days like that...calories for the day 1083....calories burned 1202
