Well this ain't gna be as easy as before!!

I worked out well Sunday abd Monday and lost a lol weight but was terribly sore and stiff by Tuesday so I cd only manage walking outside for 35 on Tuesday and weight lifting on Wednesday and took the day off on Thursday as my parents were arriving from India. I was carefully counting and tracking calories but one day of letting go a lil yesteday gained me my 2 lost pds agn!! I've tried to watch cals again today which is really hard with moms homecooking and snacks from India all around me!! I only did 30 mins of treadmill and burned 300 cals. I still feel bloated at the littlest bit of food I eat!! Unlike when I'm on atkins...I really don't want to fo the latter but I do hope this low cal approach is not gna be hard to see results with!! I know tgat the real answer is in working out but I'm feeling such a pain-wuss!!

C'mon girl! Remember those nice clothes you want to wear! Have mom freeze some of that goodness for later! :)
