My weight has fluctuated a ton this week, gone as low as 141.2 and as high as 143.
Knowing that i have not been going over on my calories and that i have been working out, i'm going to blame it on my muscles. I started doing some weight training for the first time in a long time and have been pretty sore.
If what i have learned is correct, then my muscles are retaining water to repair themselves, hence the weight gain.
So this is the part where i need to push it the hardest, so that when the water retention levels off, it will be a more dramatic loss.
I've been so used to seeing the scale consistently drop for weeks now that i am bummed to see it stuck, but i will not let it get me down. I'm doing a good job, my body is getting healthier regardless of what the scale says.

I am SO ready for this weekend! Hubs is off this saturday and i cant wait to actually get to spend time with him! And i'm going to see Eclipse tomorrow night with a long lost friend of mine. AND we're ordering the UFC fight Saturday and having some friends over. This is just gonna be an awesome weekend.
I usually worry about weekends like these. I worry about giving in to unhealthy food options, drinking too much alcohol... but not anymore. I am confident in my new lifestyle. I do not feel the need to scarf down half a large pizza and guzzle margaritas like they're water. I used to, but i dont anymore.
I may have a piece of pizza, i may have a beer, and i will be perfectly okay with that, its okay to let loose now and then, you have too. But i am confident in my new found ability to not take it to 'that level'. I honestly dont think my stomach could handle more than one slice of pizza at this point, i get full off 4oz fish fillets and green beans. lol
