DAY 332..DAY 14..GOOOOOD MORNING AND TGIF EVERYONE!!! wakin up to 66 outside..suppose to be raining..guess it got held up along the ways..not sure if im walkin this morning until i see the weather on tv an see how close the rain is..today is weigh in day..hopin that somehow with all the daily temptations, in my case its cookies, only 2 if that, i lost somethin this week..not really sure..i kno when i weighed yesterday i was within a pound of my weight..monday i was like 6 pounds up..but the light inside my head flashed bright last night and i think i kno why..i didnt add my skim milk that i use to mix my protein shake mix with in on my daily menu and that would of been several carbs..im still learning on the new eating routine..still tweakin here an there..to get it just right..im still thinkin about a mp3 player..an have been for a month..first mp3 player, so tryin to pick the right one the first time..im lookin at a philips 1gb,on walmart..says it can hold 500 songs..like i would never hear the end of that list..i do good to hear the end of a cd when i go walking in the morning..i just need something playin in my ear to keep my mind occupied so it doesnt get to thinkin how tired i am or how much the exercise routine im doing is boring...lol..well..need to get up an go boil an egg..was to tired to do it last night..didnt read any in the book, was just to tired..and went to bed way to early..ive got to get outta that habit..cause i get up at 330am..and thats an hour sooner then i usually get up..makes for a longer day..till i just pass out...well need to get up an go boil my egg..evryone have a great day and a great weigh in... more to come later...
