day 331..day 13..GOOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! time to wake up and get ready for another greattttt day...55 outside this morning..high today 75...another day to keep busy..got the grass took care of yesterday..was in the sun about 3.5 hours..really enjoyed it..stayed really devoted to stayin off the carbs yesterday..i was reading the book yesterday and on page 146..i can relate to that guy..cookies and stuff like that are really my downfall..i dont miss the brown bread i was eating a bit..but cookies an stuff like that..i have a problm walking past that..i can see my hand reaching out an grabbin it..but i was good yesterday..took all my slf control, but yesterday was a good day..for the last 12 days ive been learning how i should be doing it, but ive been giving in..not alot, but alittle..so today is my second day of holding myslf more accoutable to the carbs...and doing my best at kicking the cookie habit..i was really hungry last night right before bed time, but instead i ate fat an protein and it helpd...was really tired and that might of been why i was hungry to..dont really kno...i had 10,600 in steps..so i was on my feet most of the day..didnt get my crunches done after supper last nite..just to tired..to get on the floor..was afraid i might sleep ther once i got down that far..lol..well...need to get up an find breakfast...get some protein in me to get the day started off right..wow..was just thinkin...less layers today...when i go for my walk...im still walkin the hour path..and really im not tired till i get like a block or 2 from the house..and then its usually the last 2 songs on the cd..and i kno im close to my 56 minutes...well enough babblin..i need to get up an moving...everyone have a greattttttt day...and keep that body moving!!!!!!

NEW MINI GOALS !!!!

1. LESS CARBS, MORE FAT AND PROTEIN !!!!!
2 PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY !!!
5. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!!
6. 66 POUNDS GONE, AND 66 MORE TO DROP ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!

i take several cds, find the fastest music off of em an then burn a new cd with all the upbeat songs on it..something to keep me in a fast mode when im walkin..no country..lol..mostly now stuff..

THAT IS A GOOD IDEAL ,I DO THAT ALL THE TIME. HOWEVER, MP3 PLAYERS ARE LIGHTER TO CARRY AND HOLD MANY MORE SONGS AND THEY ARE CHEAP YOU CAN GET ONE NOW FOR ABOUT 20 BUCKS

ve been lookin at mp3 players just cant decide which one is worth buyin..i just need soemthing to listen to when i exercise or cut the grass..somethin to keep my occupied and thinkin...any suggestions????

any of them will basically do the job.. depending on what you want. I'd go w/ the cheaper ones though, no sense in spending a lot of money .. unless you "want" to of course, but I'm too tight w/ money.. I can't just spend money.. I have to think about if I really need it and if I can find a better deal, lol...

OHhhhh mikey... the ipod mini is about $50 and sounds OH so GOOD!! Think it has like gobs of gigs and the sound is just saweet! My lil bro has one, and I would love to a couple for hubby and I. I would check different sites online for the best deals. :) Doing good as usual, keep on truckin'!! Have a great day!

btw... ask miteslur, I'm all about the good deal! Money is tight here, specially with two lil mouths to feed. Who'd a thunk they could put so much food away!! Hubby has some expression-ate words for it, but frugal will do for here. ;) lol I will shop and shop until I feel I have found the best deal and then I'll make sure and shop some more! :) Good luck finding one that works for ya!

I LOOOOOVVVE my iPod shuffle. It is great! I couldn't get through my workouts without it. :) This low-carb thing is a learning experience. Great job on resisting those cookies. It does get easier as you practice the low-carb WOE.
